Role OverviewWere seeking a talented Content Creator to partner primarily with our Brand & Content team, and with other divisions within the business. This role will suit someone with a strong creative instinct, solid experience in producing social and digital content, and a passion for storytelling. Youll work across formats including video, static creative and light motion/graphic design to help deliver compelling content for clients.This role can be structured on a part-time, or contract basis depending on experience and team needs.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production & ExecutionShoot, edit, and produce social-first video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube clips etc)Create static visuals and simple motion graphics or animationsSupport light design work aligned with brand guidelines and campaign directionCreative Ideation & StrategyCollaborate on creative concepts that align with client strategyIdentify trend opportunities, edit styles and content formats that drive engagementSupport in the development of scripts and briefsTeam CollaborationPartner with Account Management Leads and clients on integrated campaignsWork efficiently across multiple client briefs and timelinesAbout You What Were Looking ForExperience & SkillsProven content creation experience (agency or client side)Strong portfolio featuring social content, short-form video and visual workConfident camera and editing skills (mobile and/or desktop tools)Solid design ability (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, CapCut, etc.)Excellent creative ideas and strong storytelling abilityProven range of video capturing and editing skills across different capture styles and brand varietyCore TraitsA self-starter who can hit the ground runningCan work within a team or own projects end-to-endExcellent communicator and collaboratorTrend-savvy and social media literateHighly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasksThis role is initially available on a part time or contract basis, remunerated at a competitive daily rate commensurate with experience.
