Team Lead HR Direct, Leave Support Team, DublinLocation/Office Policy: Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 with Hybrid Working (2 days per week in the office)

What is the Role:

The HR Team Lead will oversee the Leave Support function within HR Direct, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and employee-focused HR services.

This role is pivotal in shaping operational excellence, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and managing third-party HR service providers. You'll work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader HR strategy andpliance frameworks.

Key accountabilities:

4. Team Leadership: Lead and coach a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional leave-related services (, maternity, paternity, sick leave and ie protection).
5. Process Improvement: identify and implement process enhancements to improve service delivery, reduceplexity, and ensurepliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
6. Change Management: Champion HR transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, policies, and ways of working.
7. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with Occupational Health, Ie Protection, and other third-party providers to ensure service quality andpliance.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and internal stakeholders to align services with business needs and employee expectations.
9. Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting to support decision-making and regulatorypliance.
10. Be an employee centric leader while providing a consistently high standard for all employees.
What you Will Bring:

11. 3+ years in a leadership position within an operations centric role, ideally with experience within or significant exposure to Human Resource related functions and processes
12. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and support HR team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
13. Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, andpliance frameworks.
14. A continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and enhance employee experience while maintaining data integrity.
15. Excellent interpersonal & Stakeholder Management skills, building strong relationships with a number of third parties and HR Centre of Excellence teams.
16. Proficiency in HR systems (, SAP, CRM, SuccessFactors) and data reporting tools is an advantage.
