Location: Munster region (with potential projects across Leinster and Connacht)

We’re a small, agile team specializing in the design and project management of manufacturing facilities (mainly in the food sector, but expanding into medical devices). We pride ourselves on a friendly, collaborative work environment where you’ll work closely with experienced engineers and have direct access to senior team members. Our projects range from €20k to €40+ million, and we’re known for delivering on time, every time, and most importantly, with zero loss time accidents.
Role
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll get hands‑on experience working on live projects from day one, supporting the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems in manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do
Assist in designing and specifying electrical systems for manufacturing facilities
Support project managers and senior engineers in project delivery
Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
Help ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
Contribute to project meetings and client communications
Get involved in problem‑solving and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
1+ years Experience in industrial electrical engineering and design
Strong interest in building services, manufacturing, or industrial projects
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Some experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is a plus
Fluent English speaking
