* You will work under the Senior Quantity Surveyor on contractual matters at general and project level, drafting commercial/contractual correspondence, and supporting project correspondence.
* You will assist in preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, variations, and submitting final reports. Additionally, you will carry out measurements of building elements.
The role requires the ability to maximise revenue, reduce costs by identifying losses.
