Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Operations Coordinator to manage the reception and associated administration duties at our clinic.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental and denture appointments and terminology, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role involves managing incoming calls, creating and overseeing schedules for clinics, and managing patient booking systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive a warm and courteous welcome, and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Others
Previous experience in a service industry such as dental/medical or pharma is essential. A working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appointment booking systems would be beneficial.
