Developing and delivering training and enablement sessions.
Monitoring engagement and usage metrics for Gen AItools.
Managing stakeholder communications and feedback.
Collaborating with global teams to share best practices.
Tracking and reporting onenablementoutcomes and impact.
Experience & skills: Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant field such as change & communications, learning & development, technology enablement or digital transformation Technicalproficiencywith Gen AItoolsand emerging technologies.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Project management skills Experience in communication and stakeholder management.
Training and instructional design capabilities.
