Store Operations Leader
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of a retail store. This includes sales, customer experience, security, health & safety, stock management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a customer-focused team to deliver exceptional services and support business objectives.
* Ensure health and safety procedures are followed by all colleagues, maintaining a zero-harm culture.
* Manage people development, performance, and training to meet business requirements.
* Meet and exceed store targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
* Oversee cash, wage costs, budgets, and systems administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
