Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef-de-Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes as part of our ala carte menu.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef-de-Partie or equivalent level in a professional kitchen.
* Professional Cookery qualification or catering education.
* Full Chef de Partie level experience with a strong focus on main courses.
* Food Hygiene training and experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for food. They will also be committed to developing their skills and knowledge in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
* Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes as part of our ala carte menu.
* Working closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
* Developing and implementing new recipes and menu ideas.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Assisting with menu planning and costing.
* Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
* Contributing to a positive and supportive kitchen team environment.

Work Environment
This is a full-time permanent position working 39 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based at The Ivy House, 114 Upper Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9.
