About the Role
The position of Sales Manager is a leadership role that requires exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to inspire a team towards outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for managing a team to deliver excellent results, manage stock processes accurately, and ensure the store operates commercially efficiently. This involves supporting the Store management team across all product areas and running the store when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead and motivate your sales floor teams in achieving our business objectives;
2. Supporting senior management on strategic initiatives such as growth plans;
