We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
This is an excellent permanent role for an enthusiastic solicitor looking to advance their career within a long established and successful practice.
This role will suit solicitors who have gained good experience with a knowledge of Property (residential and commercial) and a strong commitment to developing a career in this area including:
* Investigating titles, drafting contracts and other documentation, raising and replying to requisitions and all work relating to closings;
* Buying and selling of residential and commercial properties;
* Dealing with all financial aspects of transactions
* Drafting leases, raising and replying to pre lease enquiries;
* Experience in Probate law.
Applicants must be qualified Solicitors and should have:
* A strong academic background
* Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience
* Excellent technical and drafting skills and a good eye for detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met
* An ability to show a high level of initiative but to work as part of a team
* An ability to manage varied caseload
* A strong work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated.
Salary commensurate with experience.
