Operational Excellence Specialist
Our Team
Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, the successful candidate will be a highly ambitious and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement. You will be responsible for supporting the function in driving continuous improvement of our manufacturing footprint.
What You Will Do
* Drive a culture of Operational Excellence that is focused on the SQDC operating system, accountabilities and execution.
* Promote and engage business leaders with Operational Excellence activities such as 8 wastes, SQDC, VSD and Lean Principles.
* Lead and execute process improvements in alignment with the site and overall global operating plans and key objectives.
* Carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
* Embrace and apply PBM guiding principles and Principle Based Management philosophy to the function.
* Responsible for self-training on Molex EDU Learning Management System.
