Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for food. The successful candidate will support our Head Chef and Kitchen team, focusing on maintaining quality, consistency and cleanliness in all food preparations and ensuring our high standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Preparation: Assist with preparing ingredients and cooking dishes under the guidance of our Head Chef, ensuring high quality and timely service.
* Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation, particularly during peak hours.
* Recipe and Standards Adherence: Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistency in taste and presentation for all dishes.

Working Hours:
The role requires to work Wednesday through Sunday for evening service only as we do not open for lunches.
