7. Implement a company-wide project system for consistency across teams.
8. Stay updated on legal changes and adjust company policies to maintain compliance.
9. Prepare and execute crisis management plans for emergencies and unforeseen challenges.
10. Identify legal and operational risks, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring documentation and insurance are current.
11. Promote contractor well-being through programs focused on work-life balance, mental health, and wellness.
12. Address contractor concerns and conflicts, maintaining a supportive working culture.
13. Establish performance metrics, conduct reviews, and develop improvement plans for contractors.
14. Create structures and procedures to support company growth and build a professional contractor team.
15. Oversee daily team activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
16. Manage operational budgets to meet financial targets.
17. Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
18. Implement quality control measures to uphold service standards.
