A team of over 120 employees and volunteers work towards the organisation's vision.

Fundraising Director
This role focuses on developing and implementing a sustainable Fundraising Strategy.
The goal is to significantly increase income to achieve ambitious targets.
Liaise directly with the CEO and Board members.
Manage a diverse team to high achievement.
Be part of a strong Senior Management Team leading the organisation into the future.

Reporting Lines and Working Relationships
Work closely alongside other Directors.
Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Leadership
* Reflect the organisation's vision in strategies and team behaviour.
* Motivate the team to be innovative and professional.
Revenue Generation
* Financial Management: Ensure annual targets are met.
* Fundraising Campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns.
* Business Development: Identify new fundraising trends and developments.
* Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with donors and partners.
* Strategic Thinking: Develop long-term commercial strategies.
* Commercial Partnerships: Collaborate with businesses.
Budgeting and Reporting
* Attend fortnightly Senior Management Team meetings.
* Plan and manage medium to long term budgets.
* Monitor income against targets.
* Put in place evaluation and benchmarking tools.
