The role will involve Ireland-wide travel with all expenses covered.Purpose of the Role:Join one of the world's leading consulting firms, Deloitte, on a high-impact engagement focused on improving service experiences through design-led thinking. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant-level User Researcher or Service Designer to join a fast-paced, strategic project aimed at uncovering real user needs and shaping better systems.You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating workshops and translating insight into meaningful service improvements.
