Job Title:
Generalist HR Professional
Job Summary:
As a Generalist HR Professional, you will be responsible for guiding employees with HR queries, managing family-friendly policies and sickness absence, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, conducting exit interviews, and updating policy documents.
The role also involves performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and talent management. You will work closely with the recruitment team to understand resourcing requirements and support immigration management and mobility.
Responsibilities:
* Generalist Role: Provide HR guidance to employees, manage leave of absence, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Performance Management: Support talent cycle processes, assist in performance reviews, and provide analytical support for performance metrics.
* Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand resourcing requirements and support immigration management and mobility.
* Learning and Development: Utilize and develop talent development resources, identify training needs, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
* Talent Management and Strategy: Support HR initiatives such as compensation planning, promotion cycles, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Certification: CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role.
* Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detail.
* Attributes: Proactive and strategic thinker, collaborative team player, and fluent in English (additional languages beneficial for the European market).
