As the first voice our future clients hear, you'll play a vital role in our success—laying the groundwork for strong customer relationships and new business opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to build and execute impactful prospecting strategies
2. Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from our solutions
3. Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across various industries, channels, and buyer personas
4. Become an expert in identifying and qualifying leads that align with our ideal customer profile
What We're Looking For
5. Fluency in German and English
6. 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (inbound or outbound)
7. A motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
9. Curious, coachable, and eager to grow your career in SaaS sales
