You’ll ensure the highest standards of patient and client care while supporting and developing our veterinary teams. From consultations and surgery to mentoring and practice development, this is a role where your expertise and leadership will make a real impact every day.What You’ll Be DoingClinical Leadership: Providing a high standard of veterinary care, with a focus on consultations and surgery.Team Development: Supporting, mentoring, and appraising vets, nurses, and support staff.Practice Management: Overseeing daily operations across four sites (Clontarf, Santry, Blanchardstown, Glasnevin).Recruitment & Onboarding: Bringing new talent into the team and ensuring a smooth introduction.Problem Solving: Managing client concerns, staff issues, and complex cases with professionalism and care.Financial Oversight: Monitoring performance, supporting growth, and ensuring sustainability in line with practice goals.The real advantage of this role?
