Reporting to the Technical ManagerSerosep Ltd. is currently seeking a Tech Support Scientist to join our Technical Department. Reporting to the Technical Manager this role involves coordinating and responding to all clinical laboratory customer queries while maintaining quality procedures and documentation standards.Main Duties:To provide timely technical support to clinical laboratories using the range of in vitro diagnostic devices supplied by Serosep in the fields of clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, haematology, histology, and immunohistochemistryWorking closely with colleagues in the quality department to ensure all documentation required for completion of complaints /non-conformance raised, are completed within the required time frameWorking closely with colleagues in Applications and Technical Support to ensure that all equipment is prepared and ready for customer sites as per company proceduresWorking with Technical Manager to create, maintain, update and curate technical documentation within the Technical Department in line with company's quality and regulatory requirementsWorking closely with colleagues in Applications and Technical Support to ensure that everyone is completing and submitting the necessary documentation in a timely mannerEssential Criteria:BSc in a Life Science Discipline or equivalent.
