Implement and manage the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring resilience risk is effectively identified, controlled, and mitigated across internal operations and the supply chain. This role is critical to safeguarding the organisation, financial markets, and customers from operational disruptions.Business AreaOperational resilience is a core component of SMBC's risk strategy and a regulatory priority. The firm is investing in sustainable capabilities to meet regulatory expectations (e.g., DORA, BoE, FCA, PRA).
