Our cherished heritage is our love of life, our focus is sharing it.Role And ResponsibilitiesWorking with Executive Head Chef Cyrille Durand The Senior Chef de Partie plays a key leadership role within the Five Star kitchen, overseeing a designated section and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence.
