HR Professional - Employee Relations Specialist
The role involves delivering a suite of HR and employee relations services to clients across various industries. This includes providing expert advice on employment law, developing employment contracts and policies, and supporting recruitment campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing support to clients on HR and employee relations matters
* Developing contracts and policies in line with legislative requirements and best practice
* Supporting recruitment campaigns and delivering training programs
* Assisting with business development activities
* Contribution to the financial and commercial management of the unit
Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification in a business discipline
* Keen interest in employment law
* Postgraduate certificate or diploma in employment law (desirable)
* 2-3+ years' experience in a HR role with emphasis on employee relations
* Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Good work ethic and positive approach to work
