Job Description:
Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for driving sales growth for both lifestyle and premium beauty brands within pharmacy department stores across specific regions. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and motivate others.
The primary focus of this role will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacy department store management and staff. This will involve implementing promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand visibility, conducting regular store visits to assess brand performance and identify opportunities for growth, and providing training and support to pharmacy staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Area Sales Manager will be expected to monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning. This will involve analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement, as well as staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the beauty or retail sector.
* Strong knowledge of the beauty market, including lifestyle and premium brands.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Valid clean driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
