JED Pharma is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team, supporting sales activity across pharmacy accounts nationwide.
This role involves managing and developing a defined group of pharmacy accounts, supporting customer engagement, improving account coverage, and ensuring consistent follow-up across a broad customer base. The position will operate alongside the field sales team, contributing to overall sales performance while maintaining clear ownership of its own activity.
The role involves working closely with internal teams to support commercial objectives and customer engagement.
This role is intended to be full-time and office-based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, reflecting the collaborative and responsive nature of the position.
While this is our preferred structure, we recognise that flexibility can support the right hire. Alternative working arrangements may be considered where there is a strong alignment with the role.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver proactive outbound sales activity across a defined group of pharmacy accounts, with inbound calls and queries managed as a secondary responsibility
Promote and sell products in line with company priorities and agreed targets
Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacy customers via phone and email
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and outcomes
Identify opportunities for account development and follow-up activity
Support the effective execution of sales initiatives and campaigns
Skills & Experience
Telesales experience is a distinct advantage
Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector is desirable but not essential
Working Approach
This role will develop over time as systems and processes continue to evolve. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a structured environment while also adapting to changing priorities and ways of working.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: €32,000 – €40,000 (depending on experience)
Up to 10% performance-related bonus
