We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, seeking a Technology Solicitor to join its market-leading Technology & Commercial practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor from a large or mid-tier firm to work on novel, first-of-their-kind legal issues at the intersection of technology, regulation and commercial law. The team advises prominent domestic and international organisations operating in fast-moving, highly regulated sectors.

The Role
* Advising on commercial & technology contracts, including software, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing and systems implementation
* Supporting clients on AI governance, cybersecurity (NIS2, DORA, Cyber Resilience Act), data protection and digital regulation
* Working on large-scale digital transformation and technology-driven projects
* Advising on e-commerce, online platforms and IP-related matters
* Supporting corporate transactions with a technology, data and IP focus
* Collaborating on business development, thought leadership and client initiatives
The Person
* Qualified Solicitor with 3 years' PQE
* Experience in commercial contracts, technology, data protection or IP
* Strong drafting and analytical skills with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset
* A genuine interest in technology, innovation and emerging regulation
* Proactive, curious and keen to deepen specialist expertise
