Your Role
As an Investment Counselor, you will act as a
dedicated relationship manager
for high-net-worth Nordic clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of private clients with assets typically ranging between
€100–150 million
* Building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, clarity, and consistency
* Acting as the link between clients and internal teams such as investment research, portfolio management, and trading
* Providing clear, timely communication on portfolio performance, market developments, and investment positioning
* Helping clients understand market movements and long-term investment strategies
* Taking part in structured training and mentoring programs to further develop technical and market expertise
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years of experience
in private banking, wealth management, or private client advisory
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (strongly preferred)
* CFA qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous
* IMC or CISI Level 4 certification is a plus
* Solid understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and Nordic client expectations
* Native Danish speaker
(other Nordic languages considered depending on profile) with fluent English
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex financial topics in a clear, client-friendly way
* High level of professionalism, empathy, and relationship-management capability
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
