Job description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nutritional and Culinary Administrator at one of Aramark Ireland's key client sites inside a world‑leading technology company at Hollyhill, Cork. This is a full‑time role which requires flexibility around working hours (5/7 days).
The Nutritional and Culinary Administrator will join the Nutritional team and report to the Nutritional Manager, and will be responsible for menu collection, formatting, editing, and posting menus in line with culinary SOPs and changes as directed by the Nutritional Manager. We are looking for a team member who is extremely detail oriented with a strong understanding of English language and writing. This is an incredibly fast‑paced environment, which requires drive and motivation to be successful in this role.
A successful candidate will assist with the management of our app and how it is presented daily. The candidate will be able to follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner. You will perform administrative duties as requested by the Nutritional Manager, Executive Head Chef, and Business Support with the focus on menus and allergen display on our platforms. Awareness of nutritional information, dietary information, and main allergens is key for this role.
Job responsibilities

Be able to follow instructions for daily and weekly tasks and liaise with your team.
Approach all tasks and colleagues with patience and understanding.
Good understanding of ingredients, dietary information, and allergens used in menu items.
Responsible for creating, editing, and posting menus on an internal website and app on a daily basis in a timely manner.
Checking the website and app for any discrepancies or errors involving price checks, allergen checks etc.
Responsible for taking and uploading photos to accompany all menu items.
Collating detailed menu information 2 weeks in advance from 9 separate kitchens between 5 units from recipe cards sent by Lead Chefs.
Assisting the menu maker team with shift cover, annual leave cover, and Saturday cover.
Liaising with Lead chefs regarding their dishes and ensuring they are aware of all the dishes allergens and components.
Maintain a bank of recipes and photos for future reference for audit and investigation purposes.
Maintain good relationship with menu maker team, culinary leads, and front of house leads, as well as senior management team.
Following a protein calendar to avoid duplicate dishes and proteins, or similar dishes between units.
Communicate clearly with Nutritional team daily on what tasks are required to be completed that day or week.
Be able to multitask and reshuffle priorities on the go.
Excellent phone and email etiquette.

Qualifications

Nutrition, culinary, or relevant field degree. (essential)
Previous Administration experience in an extremely fast‑paced environment. (essential)
Exceptional attention to detail. (essential)
Microsoft Office skills. (essential)
Excellent communication and language skills.
Food health and safety knowledge.
Awareness of the 14 main allergens and dietary information.
Excellent understanding of English.
