Role Overview
Lotus Care provides a range of residential support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely and comfortable community setting.
We are looking for an accounts & payroll executive to support the Finance team in all day-to-day accounting activities. This work must be carried out with a high level of attention to detail and to the best interests of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Clocking System Administration
Travel expenses processing and reporting same to revenue
Bi-weekly payroll processing
Cash/Card reconciliation
Centre specific creditors reconciliations
Tracking agency usage across the service
Dealing with queries to the finance office
Attending to ad hoc duties that are assigned by the Manage
Essential Requirements:
The role would suit a person with previous finance experience, including payroll, that wants to advance to the next level in a busy account office.
Previous experience in a finance function role
Payroll experience (desirable)
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Xero & Brightpay (desirable, but not essential)
IPASS or Accounting Technician qualification (desirable)
