* Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing new staff

* Maintain and document compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP regulations
* Order and manage stock efficiently
* Control costs to achieve target KPIs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous managerial experience in the food and beverage industry
* A valid work permit and necessary documentation
* The ability to lead by example and motivate a team
* Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* Computer literacy
* A willingness to work a flexible roster including some nights and weekends
