Job Summary
As a Manager of Software Development teams, you will be responsible for leading and guiding multiple groups of engineers to design, build, and support various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement new services that introduce innovative products and bundles,
• Ensure objectives and development plans are established at the start of each year and reviewed regularly throughout the year,
• Recruit and hire talented professionals, always bringing in individuals with skills superior to those already in the role,
• Continuously engage and improve team performance by conducting regular one-on-one meetings, understanding individual needs, managing career development, and identifying areas requiring improvement.
About You
• IT experience with a successful track record of managing small-scale development organizations (2+ teams) with demonstrated thought leadership, cross-functional influence, and partnerships,
• A progressively grown career with proven design and development experiences in multiple languages, secure coding standards (OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT), and vulnerability management,
• Skills in building applications using open frameworks to achieve reuse and reduce development times (Spring Boot, Steeltoe, Angular, DXP).
