* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients along their mortgage journey.
* Prepare, review and analyse the creditworthiness of mortgage lending applications, making recommendations to lenders under individual credit policy
* Ensure adherence to regulation at all times.
* Work effectively as part of a team delivering first-class customer service
Requirements:
* OFA qualified (or minimum APA in Loans and regulations) is required for this role
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for serving the client
* Excellent knowledge of mortgage market and financial products
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Organisation, attention to detail, self-motivated and energetic
* Proven track record in financial services
