Sales Director
Our client a leading energy company is expanding its sales department and is seeking to appoint an Sales director. You will be responsible office and the management of your internal and field sales team with support from our senior management team.
The Role:
The successful candidte will lead the internal sales & field sales team with the ability and ambition to develop the business operationally and commercially. You will lead and maintain a high-performance culture, fostering an environment of collaboration and openness. You are commercially astute, and results-driven with great sales leadership and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
* Experience in B2B sales management in a high volume service / product.
* Develop the team's commercial awareness by coaching, motivating, involving and inspiring others, winning their trust, support and commitment. Empower others to achieve optimum results.
* Proven experience managing and developing a high-performance inside sales team.
* Ability to engage and build relationships with all stakeholders within and outside the organisation.
* Ability to manage business targets, goals and objectives.
* Proven track record in coaching and giving feedback.
* Experience of reporting and presenting at senior level.
* Self-motivated & ambitious with a strong customer focus.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
* Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
* Expertise in people management and leadership.
* Excellent computer skills (including Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability is essential.
