We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and engineering support to our partners globally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our business partners to deploy products at scale
* Provide integration support through cloud-based APIs, financial technology integrations, and telecommunications solutions
* Develop and maintain technical relationships with our partners, offering proactive and reactive support, as well as handling service outages
* Gain in-depth experience with one of our business products and develop expertise in deploying and troubleshooting them
* Deliver continuous technical support via a ticketing system
* Troubleshoot technical issues for our partners in real-time, working closely with their engineering teams and our internal technical teams
* Create performance monitoring systems for infrastructure and operations
* Communicate partner needs to our product teams to enhance user experiences
* Support program growth by developing informative content and documentation for partners
* Offer 24/7 on-call support coverage via rotation schedules
This role involves collaborating with a global team to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer experiences for our partners.
