Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for undertaking the operation, planned preventative maintenance, and repair of plant and services within the Campus, following a shift work pattern. This includes routine inspections and repairs, sub-contractor management, service requests, and system monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Educational qualifications: Electrical National Craft Certificate (Junior & Senior Trades or equivalent)
* Working knowledge of RECI regulations, Fire Alarm, Access systems, BMS, HVAC Systems, and Refrigeration Systems
* Essential experience in mains supply & distribution (LV/ MV/HV), LV and HV AP training to City & Guilds standard, LV and HV switching experience preferred, thermographic surveying, and PAT Testing experience
