We are currently recruiting a Spa Therapist to join our highly skilled Spa Team at Brooks & Co Spa in the beautiful hotel, Glasson Lakehouse.

We work with GROUND WELLBEING and offer Hands on Body therapy, purpose driven to address common issues that impact physical and emotional wellbeing.

Job Purpose
* The Spa Therapist is a key contributor to the overall guest experience in the spa. This role focuses on providing a consistently high level of treatment delivery, supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the spa, and ensuring guests leave feeling rejuvenated, cared for, and valued.
* The ideal candidate is qualified, passionate about wellness, and brings a professional, guest-focused approach. Working closely with the wider spa team, the Spa Therapist helps uphold the standards, atmosphere, and reputation of the spa offering through skilled treatments and thoughtful service.
Key Deliverables
Treatment Excellence & Guest Experience
* Perform a wide range of treatments including massage, facials, body therapies, manicures, and pedicures
* Personalise each guest experience by understanding individual needs and wellness goals
* Maintain a calm, welcoming, and serene atmosphere aligned with spa brand and tone
* Offer product knowledge and recommendations to support continued wellness beyond the treatment
* Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring satisfaction
Operational Support & Spa Readiness
* Ensure treatment rooms and relaxation areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times
* Prepare and reset rooms in line with treatment protocols and operational checklists
* Maintain consistent hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations
* Support the spa team with daily operations including laundry, stock replenishment, and guest coordination
Collaboration & Team Culture
* Work closely with receptionists, therapists, and supervisors to ensure smooth guest flow and team efficiency
* Communicate clearly and promptly regarding guest requests, schedule changes, or operational concerns
* Contribute to a professional, supportive, and collaborative team environment
* Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay aligned with spa goals and service standards
Service Standards & Compliance
* Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
* Maintain personal grooming, presentation, and uniform standards in line with brand guidelines
* Follow treatment protocols precisely to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences
* Be punctual and dependable, respecting booking times and the guest's schedule
Preferred Experience
* Minimum 1 year experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
* Fully qualified in massage, facials, and beauty treatments (CIDESCO, ITEC, or CIBTAC)
* Proficient in a variety of treatments with strong technique and product knowledge
* Experience or training in GROUND Wellbeing is an advantage
* Calm, caring, and professional with strong guest interaction skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced spa environment
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday periods as required
