Senior Claims Leader Opportunity
This is a leadership role that involves directing a team of claims professionals, managing key broker and corporate accounts, and ensuring smooth client-focused claims operations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid management background in claims or commercial insurance, with a proven record of handling broker or corporate client relationships. They will also have experience developing and motivating large teams (15+ people) and excellent communication and influencing skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Directing a team of approximately 20 claims professionals across Dublin and an outsourced service provider.
* Acting as the main contact for priority brokers and large commercial clients, resolving issues quickly and maintaining strong service levels.
* Building long-term relationships through ongoing communication and client visits.
* Tracking performance standards and reporting outputs to maintain accuracy and consistency.
* Driving innovation and efficiency, particularly around digital tools and simplified claims handling.
* Contributing to wider divisional planning with senior management, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
* Creating an open and collaborative culture within the team, encouraging feedback and accountability.
* Leading projects aimed at reducing administration and improving the overall broker and client journey.
