Community Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their communities.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner
* Become knowledgeable about client products and community standards
* Make informed decisions and take ownership of community advocacy
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication
* Display a commitment to doing what is right and upholding community standards
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on client platforms, such as account support and abuse reports
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Monitor content for abuse and enforce client Terms of Use
Requirements:
* Strong personal resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
* Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively
* Effective time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and consistently meet KPIs
* Proficient in Slovenian and English languages
* Cultural understanding of the market
* Experience working in an office environment is preferred
