EY is seeking a Manager for the Financial Services – Business Transformation (Delivery) in Dublin.

This role sits within EY's FS Business Transformation (Delivery) practice and involves leading and delivering business transformation initiatives for financial services clients, with engagement across strategy to execution.
Key responsibilities Be involved in and manage business transformation projects/workstreams across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project mobilisation, execution, and close-out.
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, Product Owners, and Solutions Delivery Managers to drive programme / project outcomes, while continuously improving governance processes and ways of working.
Deliver the business transformation objectives/work packages within the overall programme; manage schedule within scope/quality and cost dimensions.
Work with other managers to explore specific solutions and cross-stream deliverables and define the scope of all deliverables.
Manage the delivery of complex multi-stream projects/workstreams in accordance with client Delivery Methodology leveraging EY approaches/methods.
Lead the delivery of business transformations based on agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) or traditional waterfall/hybrid approaches when required.
Plan and manage transformation activities including scope definition, critical path planning, governance meetings, status reporting, and budgeting/cash flow/invoicing; communicate with stakeholders.
Manage delivery resourcing and cost; identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues and dependencies.
Monitor benefits realisation through key outcome metrics; maintain a standard-format roadmap for inflight deliverables used in programme and portfolio reporting.
Leverage EY capabilities across Business, Technology, People, and Risk Consulting; collaborate with a global team to develop innovative solutions and benefit from training and development.
Work with a global team of experts to bring insights and capability to client engagements.
EY Consulting Manager responsibilities Support EY FSO Business Consulting business development activities such as proposals, thought leadership, and client event input.
Support EY Business Consulting operations ensuring operational metrics are met for utilisation, timesheets, and related processes.
Manage and coach team members; assign junior resources, support personal development, and performance processes (LEAD).
Use analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to resolve engagement challenges by collaborating with clients and senior managers.
Produce concise documents suitable for C-suite audiences with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate key facilitation skills and manage stakeholder dynamics to achieve consensus.
Provide reassurance to C-suite stakeholders during engagements with minimal senior-management intervention required.
Identify and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes; support senior managers in complex engagements; coordinate with client strategic objectives.
Support end-to-end engagement revenue and billing with minimal support; demonstrate proficiency in Excel and financial modeling to support decision-making.
Communicate with authority to multiple audiences, including senior leadership; apply knowledge to customize solutions for client requirements.
Develop solution and competency skills through on-the-job experience and training.
Skills and qualifications8+ years experience in a management consultant role within financial services.
Primary Degree.
Experience delivering complex projects and strong presentation skills.
Highly experienced in financial, stakeholder, and people management.
Experience across full delivery lifecycle (concept/initiation to closing).
Ideally, you will also have Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Project Management Certification and/or Agile certification desirable (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity.
Management Consulting experience is preferable.
Decision making and problem solving Identify and make decisions with significant programme impact; escalate unresolved decisions per governance.
Deadline-driven, highly organized, able to multi-task.
Exceptional problem-solving ability including logical reasoning and creative thinking; lead problem solving and issue management for deliverables; ensure adherence to EY/client delivery methodology.

Collaboration and influence Team player and independent thinker; collaborate across the organization and externally with regulators and stakeholders.
Identify and manage cross-functional interdependencies; influence project outcomes with senior stakeholders; prepare analyses to support governance decisions.
Technical Expert grasp of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Project); experience with Clarity or similar tools is preferable.
