Customer Service Advisor Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and organized Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer queries via telephone and completing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Meet day-to-day service delivery targets and handle all queries and requests promptly.
* Build sustainable relationships with customers, team members, and clients through open communication.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.
* Highly methodical with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work to strict customer service SLAs and KPIs.
