Are you an experienced Planner looking to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and progressive engineering company?
We are seeking a project planner with programming experience in MS Project and P6 (Primavera) to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be based in Longford supporting our Midlands and Northwest regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate project schedule for projects at pre-tender stage.
Support project team with schedule generation post award.
Maintain ongoing schedule updates working closely with the Project Managers.
Provide input to the weekly and monthly progress reports.
Align project scheduling with project contract and milestones.
Identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity and resolve or elevate issues as appropriate.
Critical path analysis and early Identification of project "roadblocks".
Work closely with the leadership team on project and resource planning.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience
Proven experience in MS Project and P6 (Primavera) is essential.
Previous experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences space.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good initiative and ability to work independently.
