Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst – Belfast
About the Role:
We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Digital Services Department team as an IT Service Desk Analyst in Belfast City Hospital, located in the Henry Murr Building.
This is a full-time role working between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of £14.06 per hour.
The initial contract will be for three months, with a possibility of extension based on job performance.
To succeed in this position, candidates must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle for regular site visits and tasks completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of our Service Desk function supporting systems operations by completing technical troubleshooting tasks; applying suitable technical solutions;
2. Receive and prioritize incoming requests;
3.
