Lead a Dynamic Coffee Shop Team
The Role:
As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations of a vibrant coffee shop in Dublin 6. This includes managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, driving revenue growth, and providing an excellent guest experience.
Your Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house and kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food hygiene.
• Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Implement and oversee health & safety and food safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Drive initiatives to increase footfall and customer loyalty.
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a café or hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety protocols.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
