Senior Quality Director
We are seeking a seasoned Quality Leader to spearhead our MDR Quality Operations team, ensuring seamless compliance with regulations and standards. As a Senior Quality Director, you will be responsible for driving quality excellence across the organization.
About the Role:
* Leverage your expertise in quality management systems to maintain strong GxP compliance and continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure high-quality products every day, every dose, for every patient.
* Foster a culture of quality within the organization by leading by example and promoting best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing audits and interacting directly with health authorities. You should have a proven track record of releasing batches to market as a Qualified Person (QP). Additionally, third-party release and quality oversight experience is desirable Experience with Lean manufacturing/labs Strong leadership/team management skills and experience.
