About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day parts operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
* Identify, price, and order parts as required.
* Process incoming stock and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with Vehicle Health Check pricing.
* Carry out stock analysis and regular stock checks.
* Liaise with service and sales departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
* 13 years of experience in a franchised after-sales/parts department.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Computer literacy, organisation, and attention to detail.
* Experience with a VW Group partner is advantageous but not essential.
* Able to commute reliably to Lucan, Co. Dublin.
* Driver's license
