This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich, Berlin or Dublin.
The Role: How You'll Make an Impact at Personio As the leader for product release-related Content Development, you will help drive both the strategic and operational success of our help center content, ensuring customers and employees can make the most of our software.
You'll also define process and quality standards, as well as create content that directly drives successful product adoption for our customers.
You'll champion the personal and professional growth of our release-focused Content Developer team, foster a culture of trust and independent work, and play a key role in building an effective release process.
As a true player-coach, you'll actively contribute to content development while coaching your team and collaborating with other leaders to uphold documentation quality and support seamless product releases.
Your native-level German writing skills and passion for people management will help shape a world-class, multilingual customer experience.
