The Role
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Account Manager to join our Dublin based captive management team. This is a permanent position and offers a chance to contribute to growth in an international risk and insurance environment.
Work Style
This is a hybrid role. Initial induction and training will be in the Dublin office. Thereafter, team members may work remotely, attending the office for client visits, quarterly team days, or as needed.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of (re)insurance companies.
• Ensure client companies comply with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and Solvency II filing requirements.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their business and industry.
• Produce accurate and timely financial and management information for clients.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including owners, regulators, auditors, actuaries, bankers, and tax advisers.
• Collaborate with underwriting to meet reporting and control requirements.
• Prepare and review management accounts, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• File regulatory and statistical reports timely.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor regulatory compliance including QRT submissions and ORSA coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Company Law and liaise with tax advisors.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Actuarial, and Internal Audit teams.
• Manage cash flow and reconciliation, liaising with banks and investment managers.
• Prepare reports and coordinate client board meetings, including presentation of materials.
