What We're Looking For:
A third level qualification in IT or Cyber security
A curious mindset with a demonstrated problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with basic security concepts as implemented within enterprises.
Process oriented with a focus on managing tasks through to resolution.
Demonstrated ability to work in an environment that must adhere to agreed timelines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop meaningful working relationships throughout the business.
Open to offer and receive constructive feedback from peers and management to improve SOC performance.
Demonstrated alignment with the Vhi Values.
Additional Advantages
Familiarity with AWS, Azure or any cloud environments
Familiarity with any Anti-virus or Endpoint detection and response technology
Familiarity with the concepts of a SIEM and how it best operates
Knowledge of malware and other types of threats faced by businesses
Knowledge of how a modern SOC operates
