Position: HR Administrator Reporting to: HR Manager / HR Director / Directors Nicholl Fuel Oils are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team in Greysteel.
The HR Administrator will provide essential HR administrative support, assist with recruitment, employee records and general HR processes.
Responsibilities (not limited to) Respond to employee queries received into the HR inbox, liaising with the HR Manager when required.
Collate, update and file employee records appropriately Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and acting as a contact person for applicants to ensure an exceptional candidate experience Onboarding- communicating, checking, and following up on new starter information including compliance requirements, e.g.
Right to Work checks Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, and probation review letters Maintain and update employment records and attendance information on our HRIS system Generate, interpret, distribute and present various HR data reports to our line managers Act as company note-taker during employee relations meetings, such as investigations, disciplinarys, grievances etc.
Annual Leave- calculating holiday leave entitlement, adding approved leave to the company HR System Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR administrative tasks Experience, Skills and Attributes Minimum of degree level in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD.
Minimum of one-year administration experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel) Exceptional attention to detail HR Administrative experience (Desirable) Experience of working with a HR system (Desirable) Experience of note-taking in complex situations (Desirable) Location: Head Office, Greysteel Hours: 9.00am to 1.00pm, 20 hours (Monday to Friday) Salary:£13.00 per hour
