About This Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Technology. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing talent, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably in an in-house environment. They will also possess strong understanding of the tech talent market, with a focus on EMEA-wide hiring, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience with the ATS Ashby would be highly desirable.
