We seek an experienced Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating access controls for employees, visitors, and contractors
2. Conducting regular site patrols to identify potential risks and take preventative measures
3. Conducting thorough screenings and searches
4. Responding promptly and professionally to incidents, including positive searches
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries
6. Maintaining accurate records and conducting audits using computer-based systems
This role offers flexible scheduling options, including 0 Hour Contracts. You may also consider working as a cluster support officer in nearby locations. Our workplace operates continuously and values reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills in its applicants.
A valid SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license is required. We offer comprehensive training and certification for candidates with transferable skills in customer-facing roles without a current SIA license. Additionally, you must have at least 5 years of verifiable work history and satisfactory references, and pass a criminal record check (CRC) to the required standards.
